Refund policy

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their product.  However we do understand that circumstances occur when a product is not satisfactory.  Customers can exchange their honey to the Honey Mill farm location in its original packaging in the same condition as when received within 365 days.  Any honey over 365 days will not be exchanged.

The Honey Mill holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.

Sales items are final sale.

All candle sales are final sale.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Rachelle at rachelle@honeymill.ca within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
